Facing 2 Million tourists a year, Italy’s colorful Cinque Terre decided to create an app to ease congestion of the National Park’s walkways.
In the trial state now, this new app will show tourists which trails are currently overloaded with other sightseers, and suggests alternative routes.
A fair comparison would be Waze.
What say you, PDers? Sure, the TSA Arrow App was ridiculous and stupidly pricey, but are destination apps the way to go?
