DPRK Wedding Ban

No rift.Kim Jong-Un’s current title is First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Chairman of the National Defense Commission, Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army, and presidium member of the Politburo of the Workers' Party of Korea. At 90, former Pennsylvania Senator Harris Wofford might have just tied the knot with a man 50 years his junior, but thanks to Kim Jong-Un, any planned weddings in the DPRK have been put on hold---for security reasons.

Of course, it’s not just weddings that are being ruined, but mourners have been forced to push back funerals too.

So far the ban on weddings and funerals is expected to last only a week, once the State festivities for Kim Jong-Un adding more to his bloated title finish, but as with anything in the DPRK it’s up to the fat guy.Former Pennyslvania Senator and recent groom Harris Wofford pictured with Barack Obama.

Hopefully any pressure cookers or tasty roots you’ve squirreled away as wedding presents will keep until the ban is lifted.
