The right to wear skimpy uniforms shall not be infringed.You wouldn’t think that the right to wear a bikini would be eroded under a Trump Administration, but in Everett, Washington new regulations were just released preventing baristas from wearing clothing that doesn’t in the eyes of the city, “Fit adequately.”

Last month’s new dress code calls for each area of the said worker’s breasts (More than one-half of the part of the female breast located below the top of the areola), stomach, shoulder blades, derriere and finally, legs to be kept covered with at least 3 inches of non-transparent cloth.

Any violators will be personally fined $250 and their employer could be placed on a probational license for up to 5 years, a threat that has led the owner of Hillbilly Hotties and 7 of his employees to file a lawsuit against the city for limiting their rights to self-expression through wardrobe choices.Leave it to Hillbilly Hotties to stand up for your rights.

Additionally claiming that the new regulations wrongfully target female workers, an act against the 14th Amendment (No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.), Hillbilly Hotties’ Attorney Schuyler Lifschultz underlined that, “This is not about the bikini. It’s about women’s rights and the US Constitution. The city of Everett violated these women’s rights across the board.”
